Full Co-ordination

My full coordination package enables you to relax and enjoy your day, thus enabling me to take the reins to produce, design and deliver your wedding with you in mind.

This service is bespoke to you and tailored to the individual needs of the client and will be organised in a professional manner.

When the initial contact is made, I will have a brief conversation to identify availability and your requirements.

A one hour complimentary consultation is offered to meet me at my studio, with the date and time suitable to both of us.  This is where we can identify your needs, get to know each other and start to put the ball into motion.

Following our meeting I will email a detailed budget and timeline and agreed costing to include any deposits required for your day.

Now you have chosen me to coordinate your wedding for you.

Your next step.

I will manage all elements of your wedding from budgets to wedding design and attend any meeting with you and your suppliers and venues.

Full Coordination packages include:-

  • 1 hour complimentary consultation
  • 5 venue visits in 1 day distance permitting
  • 60 hours – consultancy to include planning ,research, consultations, email, telephone calls and messages and 14 hours on the day coordination.
  • Meetings with 5 suppliers
  • Catering ideas and making appointments to have pre wedding tasting evening
  • Timelines provided from start to finish
  • Booking of ceremony and registrar meeting
  • Décor and style ideas.

The cost depends on the package you choose and agree with in you proposal.

The cost for full coordination is 15% of your budget with a minimum fee of £2,000.00

Extra hours over the 60 hours for full coordination will be charges at £35.00 per hour thereafter.

All suppliers cost will be extra.

6 weeks prior to your wedding or event, I will contact you to make arrangements to confirm all details, numbers etc and pay final balance.  I will require any names for the table plan and seating name tags (if required).

Partial Co-ordination

White Rose Occasions can step into support you 13 weeks prior to you wedding or event.  I can assist you with the final details to ensure your suppliers are aware of your details and timeline and any invoices have been paid.

The partial coordination package is designed to support and complete your plans.  Working with you we can create a timeline and coordinate your day.

The partial coordination includes:-

  • Consultation 13 weeks prior to your wedding to include emails and telephone contacts up to 6 hours
  • Contacting any suppliers and venue to highlight any concerns
  • Detailed instructions to all suppliers with specific instructions on the day
  • Timeline wedding schedule of your wedding day and inform suppliers
  • 2 x recommendations of other suppliers not already sourced or booked.
  • 30 hours to include 12 hours on the day coordination.

A charge of £35.00 per hour will be administered for any extra hours.

The cost depends on which package you choose and agreed with at your proposal

The cost will be finalised on the style of venue, for example a marquee will take longer to coordinate than a hotel.

The cost for this service is £1,500.00

All suppliers cost will be extra.

On The Day Package

White Rose Occasions can provide professional assistance on your special day.

“You’ve done all the hard work – Now Relax and enjoy your day.”

This package includes:-

  • Timeline for the day of your wedding
  • 1 hour consultation 3 weeks prior to your wedding day to discuss your timeline for the day
  • 15 hours of support to include 9 hours on the day
  • I will contact the venue and suppliers to discuss your requirements. Contacts via email or telephone
  • Coordinate your day from start to finish at your request and oversee suppliers and make sure you have contingencies in place.
  • I will start at 11.00 am and leave the premises at 20.00 in the evening

 

A charge of £35.00 per hour will be administered for any extra hours.

The cost depends on which package you choose and agreed with at your proposal

The cost will be finalised on the style of venue, for example a marquee will take longer to coordinate than a hotel.

The cost for this service is £500.00

All suppliers cost will be extra.

Our Promise to you

Any suppliers I recommend has been personally vetted by me and in many cases I have worked with them on numerous occasions.  I ensure all suppliers provide a high quality service.

Styling

White Rose Occasions work with various suppliers to ensure your day is focused on you.

Here I have provided a stage by stage of what you need to do.

Stage 1

Making the initial contact;

On receiving an enquiry, I will contact you through various ways within 48 hours:-

  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Text
  • Messenger

My aim is to gather as much information from you through a brief discussion and check availability.  I will then offer a one hour complimentary consultation (at our convenience), at my studio.  Before we meet, I would love to gather any ideas and images you want to share and anything else you would like style wise.

Stage 2

At the consultation, we can bounce ideas, play with colours, look at different décor and consider your likes and dislikes.

I work well with a variety of venues, creating colour schemes that enhance their unique features.

We aim to identify your dream wedding or theme.

Let your dreams come alive.

At the end of the consultation, I will have gathered enough information to create a vision board for you to view.

A deposit of £100 is required to save the date, at this time.

Stage 3

As a stylist, I will gather all your ideas to create your vision board.  I will contact you for another consultation to confirm details and sign contracts and terms and conditions.

Stage 4

Sharing ideas and vision board will inspire you to create a beautiful wedding or event you desire or dreamed of.  We will not proceed until you are confident with your styling.

Stage 5

Full Proposal given:-

At this stage, a full proposal is provided on the cost of your wedding or event .  Your wedding or event is then entered into our system.  You can now relax and ensure your stylist has everything in hand.

At this stage you can upgrade to one of our exclusive packages:-

  • Full Coordination
  • Partial Coordination
  • On the Day

Stage 6

6 weeks prior to your wedding or event, I will contact you to make arrangements to confirm all details, numbers etc and pay final balance.  I will require any names for the table plan and seating name tags (if required).

Stage 7

One week to go:-

Your décor is now being prepared and I will contact you to confirm arrangements and ensure everything is in place.

Stage 8

On the day, I will arrive early with my specialist team – Depending on your chosen venue, either, on the day or the day before.  My team are very conscientious and provide a high quality service.  There may be occasions where we have to turn the room around from the civil ceremony to the wedding breakfast, this is carried out with discretion .

Stage 9

“The Morning after the night before”.

The next morning, the team at White Rose Occasions will dismantle all the décor, which they have provided, and remove from the premises.  Any objects you have brought will be left on a table for you to collect – unless arrangements have been made previously.

We will leave the venue as we found it and hope you all had a wonderful time.

Stage 10
